Walk & Talk Individual Therapy
For some individuals, conversation feels easier while moving. Walk & Talk Therapy offers the opportunity to meet outdoors, combining the benefits of therapy with the calming effects of nature and gentle movement.
This option may be especially appealing for those who feel more comfortable side-by-side than face-to-face.
Availability may vary by therapist and season.
Living with chronic illness, hormonal conditions, fertility challenges, persistent pain, or ongoing health concerns can impact every area of life.
Many women navigating conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, infertility, autoimmune conditions, or unexplained symptoms often feel dismissed, misunderstood, or unsupported.
We offer a space where these experiences are taken seriously and where the emotional impact of living with chronic illness can be explored with compassion and understanding.
Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of connection and one of our greatest sources of pain.
Whether you're experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, trust concerns, emotional distance, or major life stressors, couples therapy provides a space to understand one another better and strengthen your relationship.
Our therapists draw from attachment-based approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman-informed interventions to support healthier patterns of connection.
ADHD, Identity & Life Transitions
Women’s Health & Chronic Illness
Sometimes therapy begins with a realization that something no longer fits.
For many individuals, that may be a late ADHD diagnosis, a significant life transition, changing relationships, burnout, or questions around identity and self-worth.
We provide support for individuals making sense of these experiences and building greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and confidence moving forward.
