About Us

Thoughtful therapy grounded in compassion, curiosity, and genuine human connection.

Our Story

At of Salt & Sky, we believe that everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are.

As therapists, we've had the privilege of sitting alongside people through some of life's most difficult moments. Again and again, we're reminded that beneath the anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm, relationship struggles, or emotional pain that bring people to therapy, there is always a story worth understanding.

When of Salt & Sky was created, the goal was simple: to create the kind of therapeutic space people deserve. A space where people feel comfortable enough to be honest about what they're carrying, without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

We believe therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful change. Our hope is that when you arrive here, you feel a little less pressure to have all the answers and a little more permission to simply be where you are.

What Therapy Looks Like at of Salt & Sky

 Getting Started

We'll begin with an initial conversation about what has brought you to therapy, what you're struggling with, and what you're hoping to gain from the process. This is also an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we're a good fit.

Phase 1

Phase 2

Understanding Your Story

As we continue our work together, we'll explore the experiences, patterns, and challenges that may be contributing to your current struggles. Together, we'll identify goals and create an approach that feels meaningful and relevant to your unique needs.

Growth & Change

Therapy is an ongoing process of reflection, learning, and growth. As insight develops, we'll build on your strengths, develop new tools, and regularly check in on your progress, making adjustments along the way as your needs evolve.

Phase 3

Our Philosophy

We believe people make sense within the context of their experiences.

Often, the thoughts, emotions, and patterns we struggle with today began as ways of coping, adapting, or getting through difficult circumstances. Rather than focusing on what is "wrong" with you, we believe therapy is an opportunity to better understand your story, explore what has shaped you, and create change that feels meaningful and lasting.

Our role is not to tell you who to be. It is to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself and help you move toward the life you want to create.
