Welcome, I’m Caitlyn.

I am a Master of Psychology (Counselling) student who has 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in exploring their experiences at their own pace. I believe that meaningful change comes from feeling safe enough to be open and curious about ourselves, and I work alongside clients to build insight, develop practical skills, and move toward the life they want.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, and I tailor my work to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
