Gerri-Lynn Dolan

As a therapist and counselling professional with a deep passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most challenging seasons with greater clarity, connection, and resilience. My areas of interest include trauma, grief, attachment wounds, ADHD (including late diagnosis), relationship struggles, identity loss, and family system dynamics. I am especially drawn to supporting clients who feel stuck in painful patterns, are healing from emotionally complex relationships, or are working to rebuild their sense of self after major life transitions.

My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I value creating a space where clients feel deeply seen while also gently challenged toward growth. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method principles, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based approaches, I am passionate about helping people strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of understanding themselves and others. Whether supporting someone through trauma, relational disconnection, burnout, or personal transformation, I believe healing happens through both insight and meaningful connection.
